• Responded to a record high of 428 alarms in 2023.
• Operates as an all-hazards department, equipped to manage a wide array of incidents beyond traditional structure and wildland firefighting.
• Primarily responds to 911 medical and trauma incidents, highlighting the department’s versatility in addressing community needs.
• Reduced response times from an average of 29 minutes to 12 minutes.
• Ensures optimal staff utilization by cross-training personnel in both fire and EMS services, guaranteeing that trained, multi-faceted responders are promptly deployed to address incidents with the latest tools and technologies.
